Cancellation Policy

Deposit Required Cancellations/Reschedules: 24-hour notice required. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposit. Late Arrivals: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and your deposit forfeited. No-Show Policy: If you do not show for your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Preparation: Please arrive with a clean face, free of heavy makeup or skincare products.
