Service Refunds
Appointments:

Refunds for services (eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, training sessions) are not automatically guaranteed.

Refunds or service credits may be considered at the discretion of Eyelusion LLC if a service was not delivered as promised, was unsatisfactory, or a scheduling error occurred on our part.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the service. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
Cancellations and No-Shows:

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a reschedule or credit toward a future service.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepayment.
Product Refunds
