Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit & Reservation: A deposit is required to secure your seat. Licensed Esthetician Class: $200 Non-Licensed 40-Hour Class: $450 Deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled class with at least 48-hour notice. 2. Payment: Remaining balance is due on the first day of class. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or cash (if accepted in-person). 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Students must provide 48-hour notice to reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit deposit. 4. Attendance: Students are expected to arrive on time. Classes missed due to lateness or absence cannot be made up without prior approval. 5. Prerequisites: Licensed Esthetician Class: Must provide proof of license. Non-Licensed Class: Open to anyone completing the 45-hour Indiana requirement. 6. Liability: Students participate at their own risk. Eyelusion LLC is not responsible for injuries due to pre-existing conditions or failure to follow instructions. 7. Certification: Completion certificates are issued after full attendance and successful demonstration of skills.
